Founded on December 22, 1927, by Ralph Rosa, this establishment earned its iconic status by sharing the authentic Italian recipes of his mother, Domenica. For more than fifty years, the restaurant thrived as a bastion of warm hospitality, where every patron was embraced as family. Navigating the hardships of the Great Depression, the venue made history by serving Portsmouth’s first legal beer after Prohibition in 1933, and later, Joe Hunt preserved these foundational principles from 1981 onward, anchoring the brand in a culture of dedicated perseverance.

Today, we have transported those timeless values to Oroville, California, Re-imagining our ancestral roots for the world of today. While our family has spent three generations perfecting the craft of cattle ranching, this farm represents our debut in shipping elite, ranch-raised beef straight to your doorstep.
